XYZ Philippine Models

I recognize three models for the Philippines:  Firstly, some politicians like the "Orange Model," of emulating Thailand.  Secondly, as what I often prefer, it is the "Firipin Model"—Japanization.  Thirdly, it is the "Paraguay Model"—bilingualization in Spanish and Tagalog.
