I often have looked at "shunga," a traditional Japanese erotic art, and I have wondered why men look "circumcised." It turns out that it is a tradition in Japan for males from when they are young, to roll back their prepuce, so they look like they're circumcised. At public bathhouses, men like to show off the glans, as it is considered unaesthetic to have the glans covered. Japanese like touching their penis, maybe unlike many Cantonese.
