Koreans Like Touching

I know that Koreans like touching. I've seen a Korean movie in which a chubby teenager humorously fondles himself under his grey track pants. About 60% of Koreans are circumcised, a practice attributed to Americans. (The Philippines and Indonesia have had circumcision since ancient times.)
